My review:
There is something I like about K-9 stories, especially ones that are suspense/mystery. And yet I am the complete opposite of a dog lover. This is the 5th book in a K-9 series by this author, and it is the best one so far, in my opinion, and possibly one of her best of all of her books. (Bodyguard for Christmas is my favorite of hers).
I just loved everything about this book: the characters, the plot, the house left to an heiress by a grandmother she didn't know existed, two older protective twin brothers, and the non-stop suspense.
And of course the faith element. Isaac is a Christian with a steady faith in God. Brandi....not so much, so the book is also her faith journey while trying to stay alive and avoiding the bad guys.
Post has again written a great suspense and faith-filled novel that kept me on the edge of my seat. It had a great ending, and was definitely worth the time it took me to read it.
